It's just yesterday when my colleague asked me to chose a playlist on the internet radio so that we can listen to music while working hard, I chose Michael Jackson. And the same time today, I've got the news that he had passed away. On the same computer, and at the same time...

It's pointless to tell anybody how good he was. There will be no other singers can beat his music career, how he shone through so many era.

Never in my LIFE

Never in my life, I am so excited about election in Malaysia! Election 2008, is simply GREAT! MAGNIFICENT!

Penang, Ipoh, Selangor, Kelantan, Kedah have been taken by the opposition party!
BN lost the 2/3 majority!

This is the history! And all of the sudden, I see hope in Malaysia! I see bright future in Malaysia! This is the first step for a good change! These are the voices from Malaysians!

I sincerely, truly, 100% hope that with the first change, we are stepping to the better brighter Malaysia! Then, there's no longer reason to stay in Singapore right? Talents will be more willing to go back to Malaysia from US, UK, Singapore, Australia etc. Who wants to be away from home and family?

We have the resources! We have the people! Now we have the healthier democratic!

I hope for the best! Let's keep our fingers crossed!

Bus Crash No More

I saw this link from Sock Hoai's MSN. So I clicked along.

It is a petition to our dearest Minister of Transportation regarding the accident at Slim River on 25th of Jan 2008 that claimed the life of Lee Nian Ning, Mohd. Zailani and Pang Boon Eng. Accidents like this have happened too often. A lot of us taking buses like this to go back home. How can the bus company and also the ministry of transportation neglect such a problem? There should be explanation on why the bus driver continues driving although, he had 13 summones!

I do not know how much this petition will help. But I do hope, you and me, please, sign the petition. The people upstairs need to be addressed!

你忽略了你的妻子吗？

本想一面吃麦当劳，一面看日剧。但是一打开，天啊！没有翻译字幕，我只听懂几个单词。完全不懂荧幕上的人们再说什么。Wakaranai！！

没法子，日剧是看不下去了。我就一如往常打开一些部落，看一些新闻。在雅虎新闻就让我看见了这篇报道，觉得甚是有趣。但是再深一层的想，其实，是挺悲哀的。报道是叙说着一些日本男人，虽然娶了个老婆，但从来都没有真正了解自己的太太。因为，他们工作忙碌，回家只是为了吃饭、洗澡和睡觉。在这个离婚当吃饭的年代，离婚妇女已经不再像以前面对那么多社会的压力。日本的离婚率也因此提高。试想想，那个女人要有个如此的丈夫？很多男人退休后，过着孤零零的生活。女人也一样，在结婚的日子，也一样孤零零。这样子的婚姻，倒不如分手？

其实，是事业重要？还是生活重要？还是金钱？实在是很难衡量。但愿我知道如何得到平衡点。

在这里分享一则小故事。

And the girl lived happily ever after and went shopping, dancing, camping, drank martinis, always had a clean house, never had to cook, did whatever the hell she wanted, never argued, didn't get fat, travelled more, had many lovers, didn't save money, and had all the hot water to herself.

She went to the theatre, never watched sports, never wore fricken lacy lingerie that went up her ass, had high self esteem, never cried or yelled, felt and looked fabulous in sweat pants, and burped, swore, and farted all the time.

I'm spending my morning sipping coffee in front of my PC reading some news as usual. And I found out that UNESCO is getting people to vote for the new seven wonders. I've casted my vote, so make yours too! I've linked the website to my blog at right hand corner.
